ELF ACTIVITY KITS

Are the ideas new each season?

Yes! We enjoy creating fun & exciting NEW scenes each year to keep the magic alive all season long!

How many elves will your kit accommodate?

Both our 12 & 24 Day Elf Kits will accommodate ONE elf.

If you have MORE than one elf that visits your home each season you will want to ADD-ON an "Extra Elf Prop Kit" PER each ELF to your order. Each "Extra Elf Prop Kit" ONLY accommodates ONE elf.

For example: If you have 3 elves that visit your home each season you will add to cart:

ONE "Elf Activity Kit" and TWO "Extra Elf Prop Kits"

How many children will your kit accommodate?

Both 12 & 24 Day Elf Activity Kits will accommodate 3 children. This only applies to scenes that contain an activity, treat or craft. NOT all scenes will require extra items.

Example 1: If your elf brings your kiddos letters to write to Santa, we will supply you with 3 letters so that all kiddos can participate.

Example 2: If your elf decides to bring magical candy canes from the North Pole for your kiddos to enjoy, we will supply you with 3 candy canes so that no one feels left out.

Is an elf doll included?

No. Elf doll is not included.

Does the kit include arrival and departure letters?

Yes! Both 12 & 24 Day Elf Kits will include an arrival and departure letter.

Does the kit include instructions?

Yes. Both our 12 & 24 Day Elf Kits will include an Elf Hosting Guide that contain both written instructions and photos of how to set your nightly scenes.

Returns + Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with our product and/or plans have changed we are happy to accept a return within 30 days from your purchase.

HOW TO START RETURN:

1. Contact us immediately to start the return process.

2. You have 30 days from your purchase to return your item.

3. Please be sure that all items are returned in the same manner as they were received. (un-used & un-opened packages) Please ensure no items are missing or left out.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

You, (buyer/customer) will be responsible for shipping costs related to your return.

What is your refund policy?

After you have initiated the return process (see Return Policy) and we have received your item, we will quickly look over the items and then issue your refund to original form of payment.
